Welcome to London.   Welcome to UCL  -  University College London, the famous and one of the leading and most respected academic establishments in the western world. And welcome to the 2023 world conference on Movement and Cognition that we are proud to present today as the unique coproduction with this institute.

Welcome to London, which will accommodate the 2023 world conference in its major academic and intellectual center while giving us lovely June weather (we hope…) combined with a historical and multicultural atmosphere. For those coming from abroad, as it happens in all our conferences,’  London will always be magical.

This conference will take place for three full days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 16,17,18,June  2023)  and will be held at the UCL campus in the center of London. Take advantage of the opportunities which will be open to you – and first of all – this special conference.

Conference registration fee / Price:

 The conference registration fee is 750 Pounds (GBP). However, being aware of the chaos, instability and difficulties caused all around the world as a result of the Covid-19 epidemic and political crises (including the United Kingdom Brexit from Europe)  we have decided to open a wide window for early bird registration with a significant and rare discount:  For those who register before 15 February 2023  there is a special early-bird registration discount and a reduced fee of only 550 Pounds.

This is a special price for early bird registration, and this offer is limited only until 15 February 2023.  And more: you can divide your payments (see below), but if you wish to attend the conference - don't miss the opportunity to register now in this rare discount fee.

Payment: To facilitate your registration, you can divide the payment into two parts. Just mark it on the registration form. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Students:  Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to a reduced registration fee of 550 GBP. If you are a student requesting this discount, please indicate it in your registration form, and send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.

Cancellation:  There is no cancellation fee until 30 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now and secure your participation, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you may do so easily, and all your fees will be reimbursed. If you cancel less than 30 days before the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 GBP will be charged. (Cancellation in the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 250 GBP cancellation fee. In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation notice, there will not be a refund).

Hotels / Accommodation:  You can use our office’s services, or you can reserve a hotel room or apartment in London on your own. In order to be on the safe side and assist you, we have reserved rooms for our participants at discount prices in some local hotels.  You may ask our office to send you offers for accommodation (mark it on your registration form) or you can do so by yourself.  You can always consult our registration office (Ask for advice on the registration form or email your request directly to [email protected])

How to register:  At the bottom of this page is the link to the online registration form. Press the link and fill in the required information in the form. Then send it online (the form is secured). Within three working days, you will receive confirmation from our office (if you have not heard from us after three days – send us an email)
