Prices and Registration

Welcome to our 6th international world conference, which will take place in one of the most respectable universities of the western  world and which its wide stone walls are still protecting  the tradition and heritage of the old education system with  elite groups for generations while leading them to respect, invest and hurness themselves to scientific research and development. Price:  The conference participation fee is 700 Pounds (British Sterling). However we offer an EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION FEE of only 580 Pounds for those who register BEFORE 30 November 2025. If you intend to participate in the conference – register now and save . There is no cancelation fee if you cancel later your participation (see below) so don’t hesitate to take the opportunity.

Students:  Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to a reduced registration fee of 630 Pounds (if they missed the early bird  registration opportunity. If you are a student requesting this discount, please send us an email or WhatsApp before you make your payment so we’ll be able to direct you tecnicaly.  At the same time please send send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.

Cancellation:  There is no cancellation fee until 30 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now and secure your participation, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you may do so easily and all your fees will be reimbursed. Only if you cancel less than 30 days prior to the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 Pounds will be charged. (Cancellation in the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 250 Pounds cancellation fee. In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation notice there will not be a refund).
